This Christmas was a quiet affair. Nothing overwhelming or excessive. We really wanted to focus on the spirit of Christmas AND to celebrate why Christmas is really celebrated, for the birth of our Savior! We did still do some of our traditions, like making and decorating Christmas cookies and we invited the Skidmores to join us once again. It was an awesome month filled with great memories. I am very thankful for my family, James' family and my friends in helping make it so wonderful.

Christmas PJ's that Santa's Elves left us on Christmas Eve that we opened at Sara's house (yes, it is a tradition and yes, I do look like a smurf!)

Christmas cookies that Drake and Bella decorated and we left out for Santa

And Santa came and ate it all and drank the milk. We were so excited about that.

Bella was so excited over this bike. She was done after seeing it!

This book is the best book EVER! Grandma Nan remembered her playing with it at the Ranger Station back in July and after she opened this present, we had to convince her that she really does want to open the rest of her presents.

Drake is always stoked when Grandma Nan gets him shirts from Lake Quinault.
